Guys here are very pleasant and helpful. Workshop is booked out well in advance, likely due to popularity of ford rangers and partnership with Ford, stock a little bit of issue.
ARB good gear and good people. I had a problem with an airbag fitted by ARB in Batemans Bay NSW. The Wangara ARB boys fitted me in and got me on my way in no time. Both businesses worked together very impressed.

We bought our ARB rooftop tent, a roof rack & a fully enclosed Side awning kit from them. They fitted everything for us, and if there was ever even a sight issue they were on to it straight away. Their after sales service is fantastic. The manager Sean is just a really great guy. As a result, his team members are all the same - service with a smile everyone. I would recommend them to anyone no problems at all.
awesome service got a new cannopy fitted to my ranger was done within the day. had a small drama not being booked in but the guys organized a daye even though they new were booked out 2 months in advanced will be back for more
Not sure whether my experience with this business has been just a coincidence, or that this is an indication of the quality of their workmanship. Since starting with the upgrade of my LC200, we have been experiencing one mishap after the other, from them forgetting to install the compressor, installing the outlet and switch in the wrong place, taking it back, and then jumbling up the job once again, taking the car back for the third time.
I will not take my car back to these guys again.

Outstanding customer service was provided during the build of my Triton at ARB Wangara, all staff were very helpful and friendly and catered to my needs and wants throughout the process, their knowledge and understanding of the industry was at a high level of expertise and very helpful.

They were able to accomodate all my needs and also offer suggestions as to what can be done.
